Terms of Service

Effective date: July 12, 2026

1. The service

LinkForge provides URL shortening, QR code generation, and click analytics. The free plan is genuinely free; optional paid tiers add capacity and branding features.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use LinkForge to link to malware, phishing, or illegal content; to send spam; to deceive users about a link's destination; or to circumvent another platform's abuse controls. We scan destinations against a blocklist and disable violating links without notice. Repeated abuse ends the account.

3. Your content and data

You own your links and their analytics. Export is available at any time (Dashboard → Links → Export CSV). We may remove links that violate section 2.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but the free service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Enterprise SLAs are available separately.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys. Enable two-factor authentication in Settings → Security.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with export access preserved for 30 days except in cases of illegal content.

7. Changes

We'll announce material changes to these terms via the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
